Installation Instructions
INSTALLATION STEPS
1.  Wrap the threaded interface around the raw material tape
2.  Intervene the solenoid valve in the direction
3.  Connect the power supply according to its standard
4.  Test the tightness and its circuit

INSTALLATION NOTES
1.  Try to keep the pipeline clean before installation
2.  When installing the solenoid valve, be sure to wrap a suitable raw material tape on the pipe thread and characterize the
   position of the solenoid valve
3.  Pay attention to the insulation of the circuit
4.  Please install the solenoid valve in the direction of water flow

Solenoid valve installation instructions
1. Please check whether the solenoid valve voltage is the same as the power supply voltage during installation (for example:AC220V is equipped with AC220V solenoid valve when the household voltage is commonly used. If it is DC24V and DC12V solenoid valve, please match the power supply. The power supply current is 2A or more than 2A to start the solenoid valve normally. )

2. The pipeline should be flushed before use. If the medium is not clean and has impurities, a filter should be installed to
prevent impurities from hindering the normal operation of the solenoid valve.

3.  The solenoid valve works in one direction, it is directional and cannot be installed reversely. The direction of the arrow on the valve body is the direction of movement of the pipeline fluid, which must be consistent.

4.  When installing the battery valve, install it horizontally, the coil is vertically upward, and it cannot be installed vertically or reversed. Wrong installation will affect the service life of the valve and cause the solenoid valve to leak or close tightly.

5. After the solenoid valve coil lead wire (connector) is connected, it should be confirmed whether the electrical components are firmly connected and the contacts should not be shaken. Looseness will cause the solenoid valve to not work.
6.  Solenoid valves that have been out of service for a long time should be used after cleaning the condensate in the valve

SOLENOID VALVE FAULT AND TROUBLESHOOTING
Solenoid valve not work after energizing?

Check whether the power supply wiring is in good condition and the working pressure is appropriate
Re-wire and connect the connector, adjust the valve with the pressure difference commensurate
Whether the solenoid valve voltage matches the power supply voltage and whether the current is appropriate
Equipped with the corresponding power supply DC24V/12V valve, please equip with 2A or more than 2A power supply
Whether there are impurities that cause the main valve core and moving iron core of the solenoid valve to jam
Clean up and replace with new ones if the seals are damaged
Whether the coil is short-circuited (whether the coil is burned out)
Replace with a new coil
